What I have learnt during the past 7 years, is that FOOD is important, paramount. We eat every single day of our lives, yet, every action in our daily basis, call it work, relationships, exercise, sleep, thoughts and spoken works, time management, has an energetic effect on our health, metabolism, energy levels and emotions. Its crucial to support our OWN balance and rhythm, set dreams and goals and work step by step towards them. Let go, trust and flow with the process.
2013-2017: My first 4 years were at Universidad Tecmilenio Campus San Luis Potosí, half year practices in a small hospital in town, I studied hard and got and still get everyday more passionate about Nutrition.
2017-2018:My internship couldn’t get better! I worked 1 year in Mexico City at the most advanced and renowned hospital in Latin America terms of Nutrition «Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Medicas y Nutrición Salvador Zubiran».
2018: I studied at «Instituto de Ciencias de Nutrición y Salud» (ICNS) a course in Vegetarian Clinic Nutrition.
2019: Course in the Luxembourg Institute of Nutritherapy (LINT) Health Coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
2019-2020: Health Coach certificate by The Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN)

How I roll
1) I do because I love it For me motivating people to make small or big changes in their lifestyle makes me happy. My biggest reward is to witness people getting better, feeling better, looking better, living better…
2) I believe in progress, not perfection. Every time you decide to do something better than yesterday, learning something new, changing your routine, laughing more often, drinking more water, sleeping better, moving more you are making quantum leaps towards your goals. Prioritizing goals, moving with consistency and self-compassion is the best way to achieve permanent results.
3) Joy Every act of joy counts. Learning to be grateful for simple little things is a powerful catalyst for a more positive mindset and outlook on life. My mantra is “ENJOY LIFE” and my mission is to help you get there.
